I have 16 years experience as a CEO of 2 organisations. The first I trebled in size and the second is 5 times larger than when I began. Growing and strengthening businesses takes skill, risk and backbone.
I have spoken at various events about leadership and my journey from front line to CEO. I have been given some awards for leadership, inspiring, motivating and can share best practice, learning and various cock ups along the way.
