She Flocks TM

International Womens Day 2027

She Flocks™ is not your typical International Women’s Day event. Created by The Feather Fixer®, this business-focused experience brings together senior leaders, business owners, CEOs and ambitious professionals for a day designed to create real thought, real conversation and real action. At the heart of the event are 8 women, each delivering an 8-minute talk on a topic linked to leadership, business, growth, resilience, decision-making or change. Honest stories, bold ideas and practical insight take centre stage — no fluff, no panels and no surface-level inspiration.

What makes She Flocks™ different is what happens next. After every talk, delegates take part in an 8-minute workshop-style reflection designed to turn ideas into action. This is not about filling notebooks with quotes you’ll never revisit; it’s about leaving the room with clarity, decisions and tangible next steps. The day is built for people who are done sitting on ideas and ready to move forward — because sometimes, 8 minutes really can change everything.
