I offer 3 mentoring functions. 

Executive Mentoring for CEO, COO and Director level executives.

This is regular mentoring sessions to cover supervision, critical friend and mentor function. The purpose is to offer confidential, safe space to explore reflective practice, strategy, clarity of vision and forward planning. Designed for those with whom the "buck stops" and don't have access to any experienced role related support from Trustees or Directors. Each session is 3 hours so you have quality time to work on you and your business rather than always in it. 

Leadership Mentoring.

Monthly or Quarterly 1:1 mentoring for any aspiring or existing leader to develop their skills and practice around real time, live work examples to benefit their abilities in a practical and timely way. Monthly is 1 hour duration and Quarterly is a 2 hour session. 

Group Mentoring.

Small groups of 1 - 5 people maximum who are a leadership or management team and want between 1 and 3 mentoring based meetings around specific issues, project, change or a task and finish project where my role can be one of trouble shooting, analysis, fresh eyes etc. 

Sessions are 2 hours long to stay focussed and accountable.

Packages.

Executive Mentoring. £600 a month, minimum 3 months. 12 month package £7,000.

Leadership mentoring. £416 a month, minimum 3 months. 12 months package £5,000.

Group Mentoring. £2,000 per booking. 3 months mentoring for 1 - 5 people.

The program is designed for for CEOs it will elevate your thinking, make you more efficient, improve your decision making and let you lead.

The sessions of mentoring are booked at your convenience preferably monthly, as each session is a lot to take in and there is work to be done in between by you, related to your actual job or business. Work to be done by me also around accountability and preparation as you work through you priorities.

It will be at a neutral private venue giving you space to think, strategise and focus on some solutions within your role and your current priorities. It will be 100% confidential.
